SI has the Eagles missing the Playoffs. With the number of games they have to play on the coast, I'd expect 1 or 2 more losses than you would normally predict from the schedule. Unless McNabb starts out pretty slow, I don't expect the problem he'll have with Vick (not my BFF anymore) will start before the end of the season, like the TO problem coming up after the Super Bowl fiasco

What a bunch sorry pessimists you guys are. Losing Bradley loses them 1 game. instead of 12-4 they will be 11-5. Eagles always have bad preseasons. They figured out who they were halfway through last year, when Andy started to run the ball occasionally. The biggest problem they had through the middle part of last year was that they could not get 1 yard on third down. they solve that with Weaver, and maybe Vick. Birds will be good.

i dont see why the predictions are so low.. this is a great team.. if they can get a voice on defense i see a great team

9-7 or 10-6 are resonable. Don't see the Giants at better than 10-6 after losing Plax for the whole season and no replacement.

so mcnabb has to be on his horse early in the season as the line gels, that's when he makes some of his best plays...d will be fine...not scared of the midgets or the cowgirls...eagles win the division...find reasons to be positive negaldelphians

The only ones with sense.. Rich and John.. I have the Eagles finishing 12-. I can't possibly see the Cowboys and Giants finishing above the EAGLES.. Bhite15.. just say now.. the Cowboys have too many internal issues.. a billion dollar stadium and a roster that's not decent enough to fill it!!

The Eagles win the NFC East with ease.....Mike and Mike and all the ESPN crew get it right! Are you kidding me? Super Bowl 2010!!!!!!!!!!!! Have any of you looked at the Vegas odds! Those guys don't mess around! They have the Eagles and New England in the bowl...wake up! Trust me this will be the most fun season any of us have seen in years!

Hey I'll take McNabb and Vick over Manning any time. This division will be a joke if the Eagles play both QB's in a wildcat formation with all the weapons they have!

When will you guys get it? Preseason is done and no longer means a thing. Stop obsessing over how "bad" they looked. '08 preseason: Pats 0-4, Indy 1-4, Balimore 1-3, Minny 1-3, and the biggest kicker...Detroit 4-0. Starters hardly played, and ever so slightly injured players sat. Yes, there's question marks (O-line, TE, MLB, FS), and yes they play in a hard division, but they'll be fine. Giants still don't have a proven WR, still have Manning at QB, and had some injury problems of their own. 11-5, 1st. If McNabb (yes, McNabb) gets seriously hurt, all bets are off.
