Hey krakatoa, the fact that he's "god loving" has nothing to do with his play. I wish people would leave faith out of sports, the sports section of the paper AND the comments portion of the sports section. Oh, to dream...

Lifelong Eagles fans - who have followed the team for decades, through some damned bad times as well as the good ones - appear to impress Jason Avant as more respectable than the "bungee-boosters" who bounce in and out on the basis of whether the team is winning or not.

Don't most of those reading here - who have enough interest in the Eagles to follow them online - feel precisely the same way?

The Eagles will win in a close play-off atmosphere game. And our Friend Jason will soon realize how lucky it is to play in front of a energized Philadelphia crowd too. Bookmark it.

Hayes looks and sounds like he's constipated reports like it too. Hey look, I whole heartedly agree with Avant, more power to him. I came to some of these boards and found a lot of broken ankle fans jumping off the bandwagon and now they want to climb back on when seems the Eagles a turning it around. To those individuals (not real fans)I as say stay off, watch from the sidelines like you said you would do. The only ones that are offended by Avants comments are those who jumped off. And the media in Philly sucks anyway.
