EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Most of the Eagles' inactives were no surprise -- Michael Vick, Jeremy Maclin, Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, and King Dunlap all are injured and weren't expected to participate.

Defensive end Brandon Graham also is inactive. Graham practiced all week but was has downgraded to questionable Friday. Eagles coach Andy Reid spoke to reporters about a rib contusion from last Sunday's game that had started to give Graham trouble. But the injury report mentioned only Graham's knee, which caused him to miss the first seven games of the season after offseason knee surgery. Graham, the team's 2010 first-round pick, has played in two games this season.

Also inactive are guard Julian Vandervelde and defensive end Phillip Hunt. WR Chad Hall, added from the practice squad during the week, is active.

Vince Young will start for Vick and Riley Cooper will start for Maclin.

As expected, the Giants are missing injured running back Ahmad Bradshaw and linebacker Michael Boley. Former Conestoga High star and bone cancer survivor Mark Herzlich will get his first NFL start at linebacker.
