Eagles announce new preseason event

We rarely do promotional announcements here at Eagletarian, but this is for a good cause.

The Eagles have announced details of a new preseason fundraising event that will replace the annual Eagles Carnival.

Rather than an afternoon event in late August, the Eagles will hold Eagles Flight Night on Sunday, Aug. 2 at 7 p.m. at Lincoln Financial Field, with proceeds still benefitting the Eagles Youth Partnership.

The new event features an open preseason practice, fireworks, player intros, autographed merchandise for sale, giveaways and interactive events, appearances by Eagles alumni, Swoop and the cheerleaders.
