Here are Daily News columnist Paul Domowitch's grades for the Eagles' 31-14 loss to the Seahawks. Click here to send in your own report card.

RUSHING OFFENSE: Playing with a sprained toe, LeSean McCoy rushed for 84 yards on 17 carries and notched his 12th rushing touchdown. He had four double-digit runs, including 20-yarder in the first quarter.

Grade: B

PASSING OFFENSE: Vince Young was painfully inaccurate in the first half, completing just 5 of 12 passes. With his four interceptions, he’s thrown nine picks in 114 attempts. That’s an interception every 12.6 attempts. Riley Cooper had a team-high five catches, but had a pass clang off his hands and into the grasp of Seahawks cornerback Brandon Browner. DeSean Jackson had just four catches for 34 yards.

Grade: F

RUN DEFENSE: Bad tackling, which has plagued the Eagles defense all season long, again was a big problem as the Seahawks’ Marshawn Lynch broke tackle after tackle on his way to 148 rushing yards and 2 touchdowns. Lynch is the fifth running back to rush for 100 yards against the Eagles this season.

Grade: F

PASS DEFENSE: Tarvaris Jackson, who had completed just 55 percent of his passes in the last five games and was playing with a partially torn pectoral muscle, completed 13 of 16 passes against the Eagles and had a career-high 137.0 passer rating. That’s right. Tarvaris Jackson.

Grade: D

SPECIAL TEAMS: DeSean Jackson called a fair-catch in the first half with no one near him and also let another punt bounce that he should have caught. The Eagles’ coverage units did a solid job on Seahawks return man Leon Washington.

Grade: C+

OVERALL: What can you say about a defense that got gashed for 148 rushing yards by Marshawn Lynch and allowed Tarvaris Jackson to carve a 137.0 passer rating into their chest? What can you say about an offense that managed to convert just 2 of 8 third-down opportunities and threw four interceptions? Not much. Not much at all.

Grade: F
