RUSHING OFFENSE
No Brian Westbrook? No problem. LeSean McCoy had a 66-yard touchdown run and Leonard Weaver had a 41-yard score as the Eagles recorded their highest rushing total (180) since Week 1. Grade: A

PASSING OFFENSE
Donovan McNabb came out of his two-game funk in a big way, throwing three touchdown passes, just six incompletions in 23 attempts and averaging 10.4 yards per attempt. DeSean Jackson notched his fourth 50-plus yard TD catch of the season. Grade: A-plus

RUN DEFENSE
The Eagles’ front seven did an excellent job of neutralizing the Giants’ ground game, holding Brandon Jacobs and Ahmad Bradshaw to 3.5 yards per carry through the first three quarters. Grade: A-minus

PASS DEFENSE
The Eagles’ opportunistic defense intercepted Eli Manning twice in the first half and the offense turned both into TDs. Manning completed just 20 of 39 passes and was held to 5.7 yards per attempt. Grade: A-minus

SPECIAL TEAMS
Eagles’ return game was very productive. KR Ellis Hobbs averaged 29.3 yards per return and PR DeSean Jackson had a 30-yard return. P Sav Rocca and the coverage units did an excellent job of shutting down Domenik Hixon.
Grade: A

OVERALL
The Eagles’ offensive line wasn’t perfect, but it outplayed the Giants’ vaunted front four, allowing just two sacks. For the sixth time in seven games, the defense held its opponent to 17 points or less and ran its season takeaway total to 21 with three more. Grade: A

You can't give Special Teams an "A". Babin fumbled that kickoff. B+ at best. Yes, I quibble. Well done Eagles ! Go Phillies !

The run/pass was only 50/50 because of the lead. What's more important is the way Donovan played. I have to think that his ribs are hurting him on road trips because he has to sit for so long. He looks like a different QB at home.

the eagles run pass ratio is always skewed when they get an early lead, do a little research before saying that it was the ratio that won them the game - that is the tail wagging the dog

is that most yards in a game by a fullback since Reid began coaching the Eagles?

I am a McNabb supporter, however, an A+ for McNabb should probably be an A- based on all of his passes that were knocked down, and his fumble that almost resulted in a TD. Afterall, an A+ is for perfection, and he was not perfect.

nice to beat up the giants but don't get too carried away... they're beat up and not very good anyway... it was good to see some use of weaver and avant...great stuff from the usual stars!!!!!!!! mcnabb was his usual self... excellent and stinko but at least more excellent today... sorry fellow eagles fans but if the birds can't manage more time of possession they'll only beat the dogs!!! the running game still sucks...without the two big gainers it was pretty weak!!!! how about an occasional sweep??? oh well, go phils...

When the Eagles get off quickly as they have done a few times this year, they can be the best team in league. Where they have problems, is in close games when they dont protect the quarterback well. If they can shore up the protection and McNabb makes more consistent good decisions this team can be a major contender.

Nothing but the truth
Why was Babin attempting to catch a kickoff that was already going out of bounds? LOL. Anyway A's across the table on this one. One of the sacks given up by the O-Line was just a great defensive call against a playaction boot. I hope that Andy Reid sticks with the running game and keeps using the hard nose Weaver.

Did anyone see Justice getting revenge on Osi? Winston crumpled him on a play in the 4th.

My Gawd, Manning is awful isn't he? My favorite announcer comment of the day was when he was about to get hit and threw up that prayer that was caught for a 30-yard gain (can't remember who caught it, it was on their first scoring drive). The comment was, "he's just so good at trusting his receivers. He has such confidence in them." Uhhhhh....okay? No mention of how bad that throw was, how Manning threw it up for grabs, how he was afraid to get hit, how he threw it off his back foot again? Nope, he just really, really trusts his receivers.
