JP85 its a highlight reel. They aren't going to show you plays when he's engulfed by massive OT like the ones that play in the NFC East. datbo215- I like Graham, we're uneasy because we didn't expect him to come here. I think the Eagles traded up for him to beat the Giants from taking him, who had to settle for that Pierre-Paul 'upside' project. I had four major needs going into the draft - CB, S, LDE and SAM LB - a good LDE will combine with Cole and disrupt the passing efforts, so as long as he develops and puts on 15-20 lbs of muscle, its a win. dpcoz
- mike mamula led the nation in TFL in college too... djbigf
If Mays drops to us in round two, do you take him? jockojohnson
at least were not the broncos peteike
Let's keep in mind that this guy played against legit Off lines his whole collegiate career. Watch him school Bryan Bulaga in one of the highlights in the clip above. Of course the wounds from trading up for MacDougle are still fresh but this kid seems like the real deal. JimmyB74- on that video he gets through the line every play Jp85
- Taylor Mays is still there in the second round. If Grahm can help create pressure at the pro level, wouldn.t be nice to have a hard hitting safety back there with a chip on his shoulder? This dude really believed he was a top ten pick. Corey301
Do philly fans have to welcome every draft pick here with boos? Why do people keep saying he's undersized? he's 6'1.5" and 270...proven production over his career. Biggest stat is leading the nation in tackles for loss. As far as Dallas goes - they went and got a WR when they have no left tackle. Axeman54
You guys are crazy B.Graham is a great player. I know we all wanted a top safety but Graham is going to be a player. Sure he dosent have elite athleticism but hes a hard worker he has pass rush moves a great burst and non stop motor remind you of anyone (T.Cole) Maybe better I have read scouting reports that say B.Graham reminds people of Dwight Freeney who is listed as 6'1 268 on nfl.com. B.Graham is listed as 6'1 268. I think we got a great player. Joey0210
I was hoping for a punter to replace that Aussie... TheFirstStateVinman
I know we needed a de but y another undersized 3-4 linebacker morgan was there so was pierre paul plus now there are not corners left we may grab a safety probably nate allen but who is gonna cover austin and dez bryant igglephanchris- I think everyone who doesn't like the pick was just feeding into the media hype about Berry and Thomas. For as much as we needed a safety, we needed a defensive end more. Our pass rush sucked last year. We need to get to QB period. If he can create some chaos, he will make our defensive backfield better. Pressure baby pressure! Corey301
Brandon Graham is a legit talent with a motor like Cole. I agree with Garner25 - they can grab Nate Allen and a corner in the second. But I think more likely they trade #37 (especially if Kindle is there teams will want him) and get back a third rounder.... Axeman54- "he draftes guys to sack the QB before he can make the pass" Yeah, he's got a great record in this regard. Stop drinking the green Kool-Aid.
- this is a good pick, and possibly a great pick. Reid doesnt run the ball and he doesnt sit back and draft safties to knock passes down, he draftes guys to sack the QB before he can make the pass. This guy with 4.7 40 speed can make a SB caliber Front four with cole and tapp subbing in and bunk and patterson. The front 4 is set for years. Dawkins was taken very late in the 2nd round at #61, they dont need to take a saftey at #13. They can get one in the 2nd round which is where dawkins was drafted.
- He'll sack McNabb with a vicious hit and suddenly everyone will love him.
cry babies GoPhilsGo
not feeling this new GM pointblank- we should have stayed put and taken th best guy available OR taken earl thomas. meanwhile dallas is gonna embarrass us for years with dez bryant vs our nowhere secondary.
"Strained his right hamstring on his second run" at the combine. That doesn't sound good. Why trade 2 #3s to get him? P Even
