Michael Vick will be the healthy backup to Nick Foles today, as expected, when the Eagles take the field against the Arizona Cardinals.

Rookie QB Matt Barkley is inactive, with Vick returning from a hamstring strain. Also inactive: LB Emmanuel Acho (with Mychal Kendricks and Jake Knott back), safety Earl Wolff (knee), corner Curtis Marsh (with Bradley Fletcher back), running back Matthew Tucker, and offensive linemen Matt Tobin and Dennis Kelly.

Cardinals running back Andre Ellington is inactive with a knee injury. His status had been up in the air going into gameday.
