Tania Boozer, a 37-year-old woman from Oxford Circle, was arrested Thursday on murder charges in connection with the 2009 shooting death of her husband, James Hayward, police said.

Officers responding to Oxford Avenue near Benner Street in Crescentville found Hayward lying in the doorway of a building, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds on July 14 2009.

He was taken to the Albert Einstein Medical Center and pronounced dead.

Details on the investigation, and Boozer's arrest photo, were not immediately available.

Boozer is being held without bail in the Bucks County Prison on charges of murder, criminal conspiracy and additional offenses, according to court documents.

Boozer, of McKinely Street near Loretto Avenue, is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 22.

She was arrested in July of 2004 for burglary, criminal conspiracy and assault. However, the charges were dropped six months later according to court documents.
