The U.S. Marshals Service is offering rewards for information leading to the arrests of these fugitives: WILLIAM ROGERS Rogers, 20, a/k/a “Slug,” is wanted for allegedly killing a 28-year-old man after an argument on March 14 at 23rd and Edgely streets in North Philly. Rogers, 5-feet-10, 150 pounds, has brown eyes, black hair and a tattoo of the word “slug” on his neck. His last known address is Lawrence Street near York in North Philly. There is a $1,500 reward for information leading to his arrest. DAVID REYES Reyes, 29, a/k/a “Sleepy,” is wanted for allegedly killing Samuel Rivera, a 40-year-old employee of the Jiffy Lube on Aramingo Avenue near Castor in Port Richmond, after a verbal dispute on May 9. Reyes, 5-feet-8, 120 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair, is last known to have lived on Percy Street near Pike in Hunting Park. There is a $1,500 reward for information leading to his arrest.
