Two teens stabbed in W. Philly

POSTED: Tuesday, April 13, 2010, 11:26 PM

A young woman stabbed two teenage boys in West Philadelphia tonight. The stabbing occurred at 49th and Catharine streets about 8:30 p.m., said Lt. John Walker of Southwest Detectives. Walker said the victims, both 17, apparently took photos of the young woman, who vowed to return with her boyfriend. A short while later, the woman returned, and her boyfriend began fighting with the two teens. The woman, believed to be 17- to 20-years-old, suddenly pulled out a knife and stabbed the teens. Walker said both victims were listed in stable condition at area hospitals. The stabber was not captured. Tipsters can call 215-686-3083.
