Two shot in South Philly

Two people were rushed to the hospital after shots rang out Monday evening in South Philadelphia, police said.

A 19-year-old female was shot once in the leg and a 21-year-old man was shot multiple times in the torso and leg on Mifflin Street near 22nd around 8:05 p.m.

Both victims were taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania where they were in stable condition.

As of Monday night police had no arrests.
