Two men sought in South Street home invasion robbery

Police in South Philadelphia are investigating a gun point home invasion robbery at a luxury apartment complex on South Street near Broad.

Cops said two men forced their way into a man's apartment around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Police Wednesday afternoon said the suspects ran off with a laptop, a necklace, a Louis Vuitton bag, a Fendi bag and a fur coat.

An incident report did not indicate that the victim knew the suspects, said Officer Jillian Russell, a police department spokeswoman.

A solid description of the suspects was not immediately available, and police said there were no witnesses

No arrests were made.
