Two people were shot overnight, one fatally, as they sat in a car in Point Breeze.

Police found the men at 2 a.m. in the front seat of a 2013 Kia Sorrento on Titan Street near 17th, said Officer Christine O'Brien, a police spokeswoman. Both had been shot in the back of the head, O'Brien said. One man, 22, was pronounced dead on the scene, while the other, 23, remains in critical condition at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Police have no suspects or motive.

Police also released the identity of a murder victim found Thursday morning in West Philly. David Jamison, 30, of Christian Street near Cecil, was found about 9:30 a.m., collapsed on his block with a gunshot wound to his head. Medics pronounced him dead on the scene. Police listed the motive as argument, but reported no suspects, O'Brien said.
