That old tingling sensation

Daily News photographer Dave Maialetti put together an audio slideshow today from the taser training session at the Police Academy in Northeast Philadelphia. As we mentioned here last week, about 160 Philly cops will now carry tasers while on-duty in an attempt to give officers an effective non-fatal tool to use in violent struggles.
