Teen, man shot in separate North Philly incidents

Two people were shot in two separate incidents in North Philadelphia Thursday evening, police said.

A 17-year-old boy was shot in the leg on 25th Street near W Oxford at 10:28 p.m.

He was taken to Temple University Hospital where he is in stable condition.

About two miles away, on Huntingdon Street near N Wamock at 10:50 p.m. a 21-year-old man was shot once in the neck.

He was rushed to Temple University Hospital where he was listed in critical but stable condition.

Police had made no arrest in either shooting.  Anyone with information should call Central Detectives at 215-686-3047.
