If his LKA was truly 1400 S. 20th St., that owner is: Absentee Landlord Address Report 1400 S 20TH ST (BRT No. 363235810). According to the Revenue Department, the off-site mailing address for this property's owner is: LEAVINGSTON JULIA 1274 S BONSALL ST PHILADELPHIA PA 19146-4137 from www.hallwatch.org

For that address at 1274 S. Bonsall St., the owner listed in city records has a slightly different spelling of the name, useful if you are looking up a phone number, possibly. It's "BRT Account No. 361353000 1274 S BONSALL ST Phila., PA 19146-4137 Owner(s) LAWRANCE LEAVINGITON & JULIA" from www.hallwatch.org
