Police say he's the robber who killed store clerk Moustafa Shaker during a stickup inside a North Philadelphia convenience market early Thursday.
Quasheam Richburg, 20, of Ridge Drive off of 27th Street in North Philadelphia, faces murder charges in the 3 a.m. attack on Shaker, 50, inside Trax Foods, a market under the El station on Front Street near Girard Avenue.
Shaker, an Egyptian immigrant and father of two, was on the midnight-to-8 shift at Trax Foods when two gunmen stormed the store early Thursday and announced a robbery. Shaker refused to give them money, so one shot him in the face. He died on the scene. Another store clerk was uninjured.
Police urge anyone with information on Richburg's whereabouts to call homicide detectives at (215) 686-3334 or call 9-1-1.
This guy was arrested for having an illegal gun on April 4, 2011. He paid 10% of $5,000 bail. On May 10, 2011, bail was revoked, and clearly he went right back out and got himself another illegal weapon.— phillyskyline

Well another sensless murder by what appears to be some thug who contributes nothing good to society.Without digging deeper into the root cause of the problem, I could say yes, he has my skin color and could even be mistaken for me. Thats where the similarities end though.Please do understand that regardless of what city,state,country or hemisphere you are referring to ,this nonesense goes on everywhere ! Basically wherever the concentration of that part of particular society will probably be the representation of the makeup of the incarcerated population.

- With all the back and forth racism in philly, it's no wonder that the best we can do is be a city of viciousness. I don't believe that to be black is to be a criminal, and I know plenty of white good-for-nothings (and worse) but the fact is that most violent crime in this city is committed by young black males.
