Police are searching for a man who threatened to detonate a bomb unless a Walgreens clerk gave him drugs.

The armed robbery happened about 7:10 p.m. Tuesday at a Walgreens on Wilmington-West Chester Pike in Chadds Ford, Delaware County.

Police said the man slid the teller a note demanding drugs, and also said he had a gun.

Police said he told the clerk there was a bomb a half-mile down the road that would blow up in 30 seconds.

He took off with four bottles of Oxycodone, police said.

The man had the Taurus astrological symbol tattooed on his left hand, along with the word "Love" tattooed across the fingers on the same hand.

Tipsters are asked to call State Police at 484-840-1000.
