Three men shot to death with in the span of about three hours early Saturday morning were identified on Monday.
In the first homicide, police said 24-year-old Andre Ayala, who lived on Croskey Street near Lehigh Avenue in Swampoodle, was fatally shot in the back around 12:30 a.m. during an argument inside a corner bar in Nicetown. The bar, at Dennie and Clarissa streets, was the site of two homicides that happened just outside the building in 2012. Police said they have not made any arrests in Ayala's homicide.
Less than a half-hour after Ayala was fatally shot, 21-year-old Ronque D. Felton, of Huntingdon Street near 33rd in Strawberry Mansion, was shot in the chest outside a nightclub on Spring Garden Street near 6th in Northern Liberties, police said. Felton was taken to Hahnemann University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 3:09 a.m. Police reported no motive or arrest in Felton's killing on Monday.
About an hour and a half later, just after 2:30 a.m., police were called to Addison Street near 60th in West Philadelphia. There, they found 24-year-old Tyrese Hall lying on the steps of a rowhouse suffering from gunshot wounds to the head and torso, police said. Hall died on the steps. Police said they do not know what motivated Hall's shooting or who killed him.
Ayala, Felton and Hall represent the 93rd, 94th and 95th homicide victims of 2014, according to police statistics recently obtained by the Daily News.
