Police identify man gunned down overnight in Mantua

Police have identified a man slain in Mantua last night as Archie Coleman, 21, of Mantua Avenue near 32nd.

Coleman was shot in the head shortly after 11 p.m. on Melon Street near 38th, police said. He died at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania at 11:17 p.m. Police reported no suspects or motive. Tipsters can call homicide detectives at (215) 686-3334 or -3335.
