A pizza delivery driver was hospitalized after being robbed and shot in West Oak Lane Friday night.
Around 6:45 p.m., the 26-year-old man was returning to his car on Haines Street near 18th Street after delivering a pizza when two masked men approached him, Chief Inspector Scott Small said.
The thugs shot the delivery man inside his car, and took an undisclosed amount of cash before running off.
Small said the man was wounded once in his right thigh.
The delivery driver was taken to the Albert Einstein Medical Center in stable condition.
No arrests were made.
