More than 100 friends and relatives of Zykia Sanders, 22, a college student killed in Powelton early Saturday when cops say a stray bullet hit her, gathered Sunday night at the scene of her murder for a vigil.

Sanders is the 295th person murdered in Philadelphia this year, compared to 291 this time last year, and 277 year-to-date in 2010. Last year, more than 80 percent of the city's murder victims died of gunshot wounds.

Sanders' teenage brothers and her grandmother spoke out about her tragic death during Sunday's vigil. Pick up tomorrow's Daily News for a full story.

Police said they don't know who the shooter or the intended target of the shooting that killed Sanders was, or what motivated it. Know who shot her? Speak up: Call police at 215-686-TIPS (8477), text PPD TIP (773847) or submit a tip online. Tipsters can remain anonymous.
