Dynek Adbur-Rahman, 18, allegedly shot a woman and her daughter in Nicetown Sunday night.

Police are searching for Dynek Abdur-Rahman, 18, of North Philadelphia, in connection with a double shooting in Nicetown that left a woman and her daughter hospitalized on Jan. 29.

Around 7:30 p.m. Sunday, shots were fired in a house on Rowan Street near Germantown Avenue, wounding a 34-year-old woman twice in her back and a 13-year-old girl twice in her right leg.

The woman was critically injured, and the teen was listed in stable condition at Temple University Hospital.

Police did not disclose the man’s motive.

Police said Abdur-Rahman lives on 27th Street near Norris, and tipsters with information on him are asked to call 215-686-TIPS (8477) or the Northwest Detective Division at 215-686-3353.

Tipsters may also reach the police department online.
