Warrants have been issued for three men in connection with a shooting in Frankford’s White Hall Commons public housing complex on Saturday.
No one was injured in the shooting on Jackson Place near Tackawanna Street, police said. Cops are looking for 19-year-old Khalid Boyd, 19-year-old Laquan Hayes and 29-year-old Terrance Smith in connection with the shooting.
Boyd is described as black, 5 feet 5 and 195 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Hayes is a 5-foot-10 black man weighing 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes and has tattoos on his upper arms and right forearm. Smith is described as black, 5 feet 9, 210 pounds with black hair and hrown eyes. He has a tattoo on the right side of his neck.
