Anthony Woodard, 40, of Cardiff Street near Devereaux Avenue, was driving his 2006 Chevy north on the boulevard in the outer drive when he failed to negotiate a turn near Summerdale at 2:18 a.m., police spokeswoman Officer Christine O'Brien said.
