A 65-year-old man was critically injured when his SUV flipped over after it was struck by a tow truck in Tioga earlier tonight.
Police officials said they were unsure what caused the accident, which occurred at 21st Street and Erie Avenue at 5:17 p.m.
The driver was admitted to Temple University Hospital a short while later. Police said the driver of the tow truck sustained minor injuries. Detectives from the police Accident Investigation Division are investigating.
