FBI hunts for TD Bank robber

FBI investigators are on the lookout for a man they say robbed two local TD Bank branches this week. The thief, a forty-something, 5-foot-10 white man with thinning hair, struck at a TD Bank on South York Road in Hatboro earlier today and held up another TD Bank on Second Street Pike in Southampton on Monday.

In both instances, the forty-something robber strolled into the banks and handed a threatening demand note to a teller and fled on foot with cash. FBI officials said the robber wore prescription glasses in both heists and an olive or tan winter coat. Tipsters can call 215-418-4000.
