FBI: Help find Shades the Bandit
FBI officials said a black man in his 20s or 30s with large sunglasses attempted to rob the Wachovia Bank at 15th and Market streets at 4:20 p.m. yesterday. The same man may have robbed a PNC Bank at 16th and Market on Feb. 5.
FBI officials said a black man in his 20s or 30s wearing large sunglasses attempted to rob the Wachovia Bank at 15th and Market streets at 4:20 p.m. yesterday. The same man may have robbed a PNC Bank at 16th and Market on Feb. 5.
The man, who is medium built with a shaved head, long beard and thin mustache, wore a heavy, hooded wool coat and a backpack. FBI officials said he gave a demand note to a teller but fled before the teller could hand over any money.
