The suspect is described as a light-skinned, clean-shaven Hispanic man in his mid to late 20s. He is about 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds and was wearing a tan shorts and a short-sleeved dress shirt, police said.

Early Friday morning, a 31-year-old woman told police that a taxi driver groped her while she sat in the passenger seat.

The indecent assault happened around 1 a.m. on Washington Avenue near 8th Street in the Bella Vista section of South Philadelphia. The suspect is described as a dark-skinned Middle Eastern man who is clean shaven and has short hair.
