Delaware State Police have arrested a Port Penn man for rape after his girlfriend allegedly discovered videos on her home computer showing her 8-year-old daughter performing sexual acts on him.

Delaware State Police have arrested a Port Penn man for rape after his girlfriend allegedly discovered videos on her home computer showing her 8-year-old daughter performing sexual acts on him.
The mother, 28, found the two videos Wednesday, confronted her beau Joshua Jones, 23, and called police when he fled, according to the state police. Troopers yesterday were called to Route 13 at Drawyer’s Creek north of Odessa for the report of a suspicious person. They found Jones and arrested him without incident. He was taken to the Wilmington Hospital for an evaluation and then arraigned and committed to the Howard Young Correctional Institute in lieu of $55,000 secured bail.
It's unclear how many times or when Jones allegedly abused the girl.
