Griffin and two other punks allegedly marched inside Los Ingenitos Grocery store, at 9th and York streets, and tried to pull a robbery the day before Father's Day.

Police said Griffin riddled the store's owner, Felix Rodriguez, with bullets after a brief struggle. Rodriguez died at the scene.

Rodriguez, a 59-year-old grandfather, had reportedly planned on selling his bodega so that he could retire.

It was unclear earlier today if investigators have identified Griffin's accomplices. Griffin has been charged with murder, criminal conspiracy, robbery and related offenses.
