Police said the victim was approached at 10th and Noble streets around noon and shot once in the leg. It was unclear if anything was taken from the man. He was taken to Hahnemann University Hospital and listed in stable condition around 4 p.m., according to a police spokeswoman.

Immediately after the shooting, cops apprehended a possible suspect nearby. Police said that person was in custody and being questioned late Wednesday afternoon.
