The City of Philadelphia is offering up to a $15,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspects in a shooting homicide and armed robbery from Friday night.

Around 7 p.m., two men burst into the Jin House Take Out Restaurant on Longshore Avenue near Tulip Street in Tacony demanding money, police said.

The owner of the business, Xiang Huang, 27, was shot in his chest in front of his wife and their 8-month-old daughter, and died on the floor behind the counter.

The suspects are described as two black men, who were last seen wearing all dark clothing and possibly black ski masks.

Tipsters are asked to call the Philadelphia Police Homicide Unit at 215-686-3334, or the tip line at 215-686-TIPS (8477).
