Twelve hours after a suspended employee killed two people in a shooting rampage in the Kraft Foods facility in Northeast Philadelphia, the scene outside the brick bakery on Roosevelt Boulevard this morning was surprisingly quiet - the bustle of TV reporters giving morning reports the only activity happening outside the shuttered building.

Still, more details are trickling in.

The alleged shooter, Yvonne Hiller, 43, of Carver Street near Tabor Avenue in Crescentville, will be arraigned today on murder and related charges. Online court records show she has no adult criminal record in Philadelphia.

A third victim, who was shot in the neck and shoulder, was identified by KYW-1060 as Brian Dalton. He was transferred to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, where he is in stable condition and expected to survive, according to the radio station.

Police plan to hold a news conference later this morning to release more information.
