Another car vandal strikes in Northeast Philadelphia

More than a month after accused serial tire slasher David Toledo was arrested and charged in several vandalism incidents throughout the Northeast, police have another car vandal on their hands.

Residents of the Northeast’s Castor neighborhood awoke Friday morning to find tires slashed on their cars, which were parked behind properties on Roosevelt Boulevard near Tyson Avenue, spokeswoman Officer Tanya Little said.

Little said three cars had their tires slashed sometime overnight, and police were called around 5 a.m. Cops are still trying to determine what was used to slash the tires and said they do not yet have any suspects.
