1 dead in SW Philly triple shooting

One person was killed in a triple shooting in Southwest Philadelphia earlier tonight.

One person was killed in a triple shooting in Southwest Philadelphia earlier tonight. Gunshots rang out on Regent Street near Cemetery Avenue about 9:50 p.m., said Homicide Sgt. Tim Cooney.

A 19-year-old woman was wounded twice in the chest and died at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania a short while later. A 16-year-old boy was in critical condition with a gunshot wound to the back. A 19-year-old man was in stable condition at HUP with a gunshot wound to his leg, Cooney said.
