Police are searching for a man who fired at a crowd outside a Center City night club early Sunday.

Officers responded to Club Roar, located on Arch Street near 7th, shortly before 2 a.m. for a large fight outside the club. As officers tried to disperse the crowd shots were fired.

Three officers saw a man standing on the corner of 8th and Arch streets shooting in the direction of 9th and Arch. Police said the shooter fled on foot through a parking lot on the northeast corner of 8th and Arch and got away.

No injuries were reported. Police said the fight ensued following a dispute inside the club.

The shooter is described as a black male, 6 feet tall, thin build, with a beard, wearing a white shirt with long blue sleeves and blue jeans.
