Man shoots air rifle from window as schools let out

A Delco man has been arrested for shooting an air rifle out of his window last week as kids were being released from schools nearby, according to police.

Ryan Keegan, 35, was allegedly leaning out of his apartment window on Cresswell Street near Ward Avenue in Ridley Park last Friday around 3:17 p.m., shooting targets in his yard with the air rifle. He was oblivious - or unconcerned - that children were being dismissed from three schools all around him, police said.

Keegan was cited for disorderly conduct and violation of borough codes. No one was injured, police said.
