A 13-YEAR-OLD Radnor girl who went missing on Monday was found safe late Tuesday night at a bus station in Washington, D.C., with a 20-year-old creep who police say the girl met via social media.
Savanna Marie MacMullett was reported missing Tuesday after she was last seen at 4 p.m. Monday when she left her house and told her parents that she was attending an after-school activity, said Radnor Lt. Chris Flanagan.
The girl, Flannagan said, was located in Washington, D.C., with Ashley Ryan Hareford, 20, whom police and her parents feared she may have been with. Flanagan said that an anonymous tip led authorities to the bus station where MacMullett and Hareford were found.
Hareford was arrested there without incident. He’s facing a charge of corruption of minors. MacMullett was being evaluated for “any medical or mental issues,” Flanagan said, and Radnor detectives were on their way to Washington to interview Hareford and bring the girl home.

On his Facebook page, Hareford, who lists himself as "married" and as a student of "The Juggalo University of Murder," dedicated several of his posts on Monday to MacMullett. One is a screen grab of a text-message conversation which refers to his life being nothing without her.
The other post, which, like the text-message conversation, appears to be from another source, reads: I have 3 sides: 1.) The quite, sweet side. 2. The fun and crazy side. 3. The side you never want to see.
Before publishing that post, Hareford wrote above it: "So true!!! Savanna Marie u know this for a fact."
Flanagan said the two are believed to have met over social media. On Sunday night, police in the area of the girl's house actually stopped Hareford for being suspicious but released him on scene. Officers later spoke to MacMullett's father, who was able to determine his daughter did know Hareford.
"All of a sudden, the next day, she goes missing at 4 p.m.," Flanagan said.
Police have issued a warrant for Hareford's arrest on a corruption of minors charge.
"We're just concerned that a 20-year-old male is associating with 13-year-olds," Flanagan said.
MacMullet has not been answering her cell phone, police said. Since Hareford does not have a driver's license, the two are believed to be traveling by foot or public transportation.
Hareford is originally from Virginia, but police don't know where he's been living.
"He may be a loner in the area," Flanagan said.
Hareford has used social media to try to meet girls before. On the site DateHookup.com, Hareford, who went by the user name "hot boii9899" said he's a guy who smokes and is looking for a "bi emo girl or sexy straight country girl."
At the end of his post, Hareford put a frowny face holding up a sign that reads "PLEASE!?"
According to his Facebook and Twitter accounts, Hareford is into drugs, the Insane Clown Posse and raves.
Anyone with information on MacMullett or Hareford is urged to call Radnor police at 610-688-0503.
