Cops: Men picked up underage girls at McD's, broke in to house for sex

Two men have been charged with statutory sexual assault for picking up underage girls at a McDonald's last weekend, feeding them booze and then bringing them to a vacant house where they were caught naked by police, according to court documents.

Sean Ferguson, 22, of Glenolden, and James Daw, 21, of Eddystone, picked up the two 15-year-old girls at the McDonald's in Essington Friday night in Daw's tan Chrysler Sebring, which has its back window smashed out, police said.

The men took the girls to an empty house that's for sale on Dalmas Avenue near Elmwood in Glenolden, where they provided the teens alcohol, according to police.

A concerned neighbor called 911 and reported that she could see a man walking around the residence. When cops arrived, they found Daw in just his sweatpants, one 15-year-old girl naked in a bathroom and the other 15-year-old girl upstairs naked with Ferguson lying on top of her, court documents said.

Daw told police he did have intimate contact with one of the girls that night, but that he did not have sex with her because "'the cops came just in time,'" according to his arrest affidavit.

Along with statutory sexual assault, both men have also been charged with indecent assault, indecent exposure, corruption of minors, providing alcohol to an underage person and unlawful contact with a minor.

So many flaws in their thinking the Tonner doesn't know where to begin. Alcohol to minors...breaking and entering...driving around in a car with a busted out window...picking girls up in McDonalds...the Tonner's just surprised there were no drug charges involved.

Tan= strike 1, Chrysler= strike 2, picking up 15 year olds to get drunk & naked= strike 3. The only way this could be worse, is if they were driving a bucket made by GM.

The story is about two losers picking up underage girls at Mcdonalds, would you prefer they "keep it real" and have a shootout at a block party with kids present?

I don't think he was referring to Delaware County when he made that statement.
