This stinks.

A Philadelphia man, Keith "Ameen" Dodson, who has allegedly sold heroin to an undercover officer in Upper Darby five times since March, had eight bags of the drug up his bum hole when police arrested and strip searched him last night, said Upper Darby Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood.

"Ameen is a true a--hole," Chitwood said.

Dodson's arrest came just a half an hour before another man from Philadelphia and his pregnant girlfriend were arrested for selling prescription drugs to an undercover officer, according to police.

Around 5:30 p.m., cops set up an undercover buy at Copley Road and Ludlow Street with Dodson, 38, a man whom an undercover had purchased heroin from four times before, Chitwood said.

When police arrested Dodson, he allegedly had 14 bags of heroin in his pocket. The undercover on the job told their fellow officers that on at least one prior occasion, Dodson had to go into a bathroom to retrieve the drugs from his buttocks before he sold them, Chitwood said.

Once back at the police station, officers said they strip searched Dodson, of 58th Street near Arch, and discovered eight bags of heroin wrapped in a white tissue that was secreted up his rectum.

"Of course it was wrapped in white tissue," Chitwood said. "That's real classy."

Dodson, whom police estimate sold 45 bags of heroin over the five buys, was charged with possession with the intent to deliver and jailed in lieu of $50,000.

In the second case, Nicolas Larocca and Tammy Routzhan, both 24 and both from Ridge Avenue near Manatawana, traveled to Upper Darby to sell prescription narcotics to an undercover officer around 6:09 p.m. last night, police said.

The undercover buy was set up by police at the same location Dodson's was - Copley Road and Ludlow Street, police said.

According to Chitwood, the couple has come to the township twice before to sell drugs. Larocca was allegedly in possession of oxycodone and suboxone when police moved in last night. He was charged with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and Routzhan, who is four months pregnant, was charged with conspiracy to distribute narcotics, Chitwood said.

Both were jailed on $50,000 bail.

"One guy's got drugs stuck in his rectum and the other is four months pregnant," Chitwood said. "It just goes to show you what lengths these individuals will go."
