Dalembert update

Yesterday, 76ers center Samuel Dalembert successfully returned to Haiti -- confirmed by his agent, Marc Cornstein.

Yesterday, 76ers center Samuel Dalembert successfully returned to Haiti -- confirmed by his agent, Marc Cornstein.

Cornstein said Dalembert is currently en route back to Philly and is expected to be at the Wachovia Center by 6:30, which would be in plenty of time for tonight's game against the Portland Trail Blazers, which will tip around 7:12.

Dalembert has said he will make multiple trips back to Haiti, but this one was especially important because he needed to check on his family members still living there, as well as provide a presence in the relief effort. Dalembert traveled with Project Medishare, an agency he had worked with even before the earthquake.
