Temple's Randall works out for Sixers

It looks as if the 76ers are starting to begin the process of looking at potential draft picks if Tuesday is any indication.

On Tuesday, the Sixers brought in Temple's Scootie Randall; Louisville's Peyton Silva and Kentucky's Archie Goodwin. The workout was unannounced.

Last season as a senior, Randall (Communications Tech) averaged 11.3 points and 6.3 rebounds for the Owls. Siva, the starting point guard for national champion Louisville, averaged 10.0 points, 5.7 assists and 2.3 steals. In one season at Kentucky, Goodwin averaged 14.1 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.7 assists.

The Sixers, who have the 11th pick overall, would not consider any of the three with the 11th overall pick in the June 27 draft.

Last week the Sixers took a look at a few players in a closed session, including former Conestoga High School product Jake Cohen, a senior from Davidson University who averaged 14.9 points and 5.3 rebounds.
