HBO has just released a juicy trailer: the opening eight minutes of season four.
Can't wait to sink your teeth into season four of True Blood? It's not scheduled on HBO until Sunday, June 26. But the cable channel has just released a juicy trailer (watch video below) , comprised of the opening eight minutes of the first episode.
What wonders you will see as our plucky heroine Sookie ascends to a fantastical fairyland. This glowing Garden of Eden seems to have emerged from a Maxfield Parrish illustration.
You never know whom you'll meet. What is Barry the Bellboy (Chris Coy) doing here? And is that…yes, it is…Sookie's grandfather (played by veteran TV actor Gary Cole).
Unlike Eve, Sookie refuses to eat the fruit, setting in motion a crazy train of transformations.
The beginning of the trailer looks like a scene from The Wizard of Oz. By the end it more resembles a cheesy battle on the original Star Trek.
Either way, it's a wild turn of events. This is shaping up to be quite a season in Bon Temps.
