The pop heartthrob came away with a major win at last night’s CMT Awards.
It was a strange and eventful night at last night's CMT Awards (the Nashville cousin of VH1).
Shania Twain took a hard fall as she approached the steps on her way to the stage.
Scotty McCreery and Lauren Alaina, American Idol's prom king and queen, got a rousing ovation when they came out to introduce Sugarland.
And Sheryl Crow unknowingly flashed viewers during her duet with Kid Rock.
Perhaps the most peculiar moment came when Justin Bieber, the crown prince of pop, won the award for Best Collaborative Country Video for his collaboration with Rascal Flatts.
