‘DWTS’ recap: Good news at last

Abrasive HLN anchor Nancy Grace gets the heave-ho

She lasted longer than anyone thought she would. Longer than most of us thought she should. But the end came for nasty cable legal analyst Nancy Grace last night on Dancing with the Stars.

She was sent home, along with her long-suffering partner, Tristan McManus. That leaves four celebrities in next week's semi-finals: current frontrunner J.R. Martinez, who earned two perfect scores from the judges this week, his main competitor, Ricki Lak, soccer goalie Hope Solo and famous-for-no-reason Rob Kardashian.

Grace's departure made a prophet out of DWTS judge Len Goodman who told her on air Monday night, "Yours is a Cinderella story, but now it's midnight and time for you to go home." And take those pesky mice with you.

Nancy took the eviction with good, um, grace. At least for a while, But she was extra-overbearing and mean on Good Morning America earlier today commenting on the Conrad Murray conviction and not letting ABC legal analyst Dan Abrams get a word in edge wise.

Nancy's back.
