America’s Got Talent judge Piers Morgan called it “the single most exciting audition” in the history of the NBC’s eclectic talent show. Who are we to argue?

Last night, iLuminate took the stage as unknowns and left as stars. In between they engaged in a remarkable performance piece that…well, just watch the video (below).

The night was the usual combination of cheeseball freaks (two of whom fell off the stage into the orchestra pit) and intriguing entertainment.

We also got to see Morgan sword-fighting with both Howie Mandel and Nick Cannon. What a swashbuckler! But AGT saved the best for last with iLuminate turning the darkened Atlanta theater into a you-gotta-see-it speactacle.
