In a bit of a mea culpa, Apple's Steve Jobs admits that some users have real problems because of a flaw in the iPhone 4's antenna system. The solution: a free case for current users and new purchasers, at least through September.

In a widely anticipated mea culpa, Apple's Steve Jobs admits that some users have real problems - though he insists it's a small one - because of a flaw in the iPhone 4's antenna system.  Jobs' solution: a free case for current users and new purchasers, at least through September.
