Tuesday's DN: Fumo's Fight With The Feds Goes On

Federal prosecutors slap back at former state Sen. Vince Fumo's request for a new trial on corruption charges, based on claims that a juror was exposed to prejudicial information.

The mood at the city's bargaining table just turned even more sour after Mayor Nutter's administration announces that it is freezing scheduled pay raises.  The city's four municipal unions vow to fight the move.

A state representative from Western Pennsylvania is running against U.S. Senator Arlen Specter, a recent convert to the Democratic party, while U.S. Rep. Joe Sestak tours the state hinting that he too might get into the primary race.
